Our diverse database of pre-screened, qualified candidates allows us to meet your temporary and contract staffing needs - even on short notice. Priority only places highly qualified employees who have been selected through our extensive candidate screening and who can skilfully contribute to your business environment. We maintain close communication, through our Quality Assurance Program, to ensure your satisfaction with the employee’s performance.
All temporary employees are on our payroll and we administer all deductions and contributions (including EI, CPP, 4% vacation pay, stat holidays, and Worker’s Compensation). We invoice weekly for the number of hours employees have worked.
After three months of continuous temporary service (minimum 450 hours) you can switch your temporary employee to permanent free of charge. This is a great opportunity to test the candidate out for a few months before they become a member of your team, or a nice benefit when your temporary need becomes permanent.
