Our skilled recruiters and diverse network of qualified candidates allow us to meet your temporary and contract staffing needs — even on short notice — whether you are experiencing a high volume of work, or need someone during a vacation or sick leave.

Priority’s extensive candidate screening ensures that we only place employees who can skillfully contribute to your business environment. We also maintain close communication with all clients through our follow-up process, to ensure your satisfaction with the employee’s performance.

For your convenience, all temporary employees can remain on our payroll. We assume the responsibilities of making sure the employees are paid on time, and the appropriate deductions and contributions are made (including EI, CPP, 4% vacation pay, stat holidays, and Worker’s Compensation). We invoice weekly for the number of hours employees have worked.

After three months of continuous temporary service (minimum 450 hours), you can transition our temporary employees to full-time members of your team free of charge. This is a great opportunity to be able to determine if the candidate is truly the right fit before they become a full member of your team, or a nice benefit when your temporary needs become permanent.
